Although Seal Beach Capital services clients throughout the US we have a special interest in working with local merchants and individuals in need of personal and business loans. Joe Galluccio is the Founder and CEO of Seal Beach Capital and he and his family currently resides in Seal Beach. The Galluccio’s are Parishioners of St. Anne’s Church, kids attend Los Alamitos schools and Alison is President of the Heron Pointe Homeowners Associations.
